The Malaysian Indian community faces two major social challenges specifically statelessness and displacement of estate workers. This section will coordinate, collaborate and engage with relevant authorities at strategic and policy level to address and find resolutions to the issues.

- Resolve the legal documentation issue of approximately 25,000 undocumented Indians living in Malaysia.
- Eradicate the issue of citizenship status of the Indian community who are eligible for constitutional citizenship.
- Solve the problem of accommodation faced by neglected estate workers in order to obtain proper accommodation.
- Solve past resettlement cases of Indian estate workers and make sure future resettlement cases of Indian estate workers are anticipated and fairly resolved.
