This section focuses on programs related to education and higher education involving students from Pre School, Primary School, Vernacular School, Secondary School and Institute of Higher Education (IPT) to ensure a balanced achievement in knowledge, skills and social skills.

(i) Human and mind capital development program;

(ii) Education, training and skills programs;

(iii) Educational financial subsidy assistance; and

(iv) Teaching and learning needs assistance.
